Fred wins Fulton GOP straw poll

This just in from Fulton County:
Despite a strong organized push by Romney and paid staff for Giuliani, Fred Thompson won yet another straw poll victory that most thought would be better suited to a Giuliani.
Let me thank those that came out to support our efforts for Fred Thompson. As always, we will work to keep you up to date on the activities that we are pursuing to bring Fred Thompson officially into the race.

Still undefeated.

I didn’t get the final tally but Fred also won the straw poll at the 9th District meeting and picnic in Jasper on August 4.
Newt was second.
